    Conditions of Use

    Welcome to CharmCell! CharmCell and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within CharmCell, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

    1. Modification of these Conditions of Use

    CharmCell reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. Your continued access of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Conditions of Use and additional terms or notices posted on the CharmCell website.

    2. Important Procedures:

    2.1 All Return/Exchange Merchandise with original Package.
    2.2 All Return/Exchange Merchandise must be within 15 days from the ship date.
    2.3 A 20% restocking fee will be charged on All Return/Exchange Merchandise.
    2.4 In order to process your return or exchange effectively, Customer must notify Charmcell. of problematic goods within 14 days of receipt.
    2.5 Fill out the Form (click here to download) - Please complete the RMA Request Form with detailed descriptions of the problems for your products.
    2.6 Fax the completed RMA Request Form with copy of the original Invoice to RMA Dept. Fax: (905)597-2666
    *A missing invoice may delay the process and allow the due date to expire resulting in expiration of Warranty.
    2.7 The RMA Dept. will notify the customer of the granted RMA number by fax or email upon Receipt of RMA request Form. Each item will be stated as Credit or Exchange based upon RMA policy outlined below.
    2.8 CharmCell must receive, verify, and confirm the RMA product with a copy of the RMA form and a copy of the original invoice in the box.
    Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return claimed from the time it arrives at our RMA Department.
    2.9 All return merchandises with physical damages will not be accepted. Therefore, CharmCell will not issue any credit to you for these merchandises.
    2.10 Customer is responsible for all return's shipping costs.
    2.11 Customers can return the merchandise only if they are unused, with no damages, and in our company's original package.
    2.12 We will not be responsible if the merchandise is wrongfully installed or damaged for any personal reasons.
    2.13 Shipping charges are not refundable.
    2.14 The entire package without our RMA number will be refused.
    2.15 Customer is responsible for the all refuse both ways' shipping costs.

    3. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

    When you visit CharmCell or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

    4. COPYRIGHT

    All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CharmCell or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of CharmCell, with copyright authorship for this collection by CharmCell, and protected by international copyright laws.

    5. TRADE MARKS

    CharmCells trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not CharmCells, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits CharmCell. All other trademarks not owned by CharmCell or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by CharmCell or its subsidiaries.

    CharmCell grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of CharmCell.     All items purchased from CharmCell are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

    CharmCell and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, CharmCell does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by CharmCell itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
